Sign in interim constitution-Implemented after the arm the management

Eight political parties leaders have signed on the interim constitution on 6th, December. All the rights of the king have been handed over to the president to run the state. According to interim constitution the people of the state will be sovereign. There will be 330 members in the legislature. There will be 425 member in the constituent assembly for which 205 members will be elected directly from the election and 204 will be elected by proportional election system and 16 members will be nominated. All of the national level importance decision will be decided by referendum. According to agreement of eight political parties, local level interim government will be formed in the district, municipality and in the village. Ten thousands voters sign will be needed to register new political party this is mentioned in the interim constitution. The interim constitution will be implemented after the arms management and House of Representatives will issue it elected from people. When the interim constitution will be effected present house of representative and national house will dissolved automatically.

The Tharu Student's Society Fourth National Convention

The Tharu student's society fourth national convention was held in Dang from December 16 to 18. The Tharu student's society has formed on 15 members new Central committee from the fourth national convention. The central committee of Tharu student society Mr. Sailendra Kumar Chaudhari has been elected on the post of President from Rauthat district, Lalit Kumar Chaudhary vice president from Chitawan, Minraj Chaudhari General secretary from Bardia, Pabitra Chaudhari secretary from Kaili and Ramesh Chaudhari has been elected as a terser from Sunsari. Similarly Vijay Chaudhari From Chitawan, Sarita Chaudhari from Dang, Abadhnarayan Majhi from Biratnagar, Shyam Chaudhari from Kailali, Rosuraj Chaudhaari from Dang, Ashok Chaudhari from Dang, Saniya Mahato from Chitawan, Rita Chaudhari from Siraha, Narayan Prakash Chaudhari fom Kailali and Anita Chaudhari from Udayapur has been selected.

The central committee will nominate other remaining two members. 23 districts Tharu students were presented on the fourth national convention of The Tharu student's society. Narbu Ghale has inaugurated the Tharu student's society fourth national convention. The national convention was presided over by ex-president of the Tharu student society Mr. Chandra Narayan Chaudhari. The Secretary General of the Tharu student's society presented financial report in the convention.

The Indigenous Journalist are being united

Nepal indigenous press association has formed 9 members new committee. The new committee was formed from general assembly on December 22 of Nepal indigenous Press association Banke. On the new committee Mr Thakur singh Tharu President, Uma Thapa Magar Secretary and Deepa Ale treasurer have selected. Similarly on the member Prerna Tamang, Lal bahadur Chaudhary, Raj kumar Shrestha, Ekaj Chaudhary and Bishal Rana have selected. In comming days Nepal indigenous Press association will raise the indigenous issues acctively.

On the general assembly journalist Purna Lal Chuke and President of Press Chautari Surendra Kaphle have given greetings. Speaking on the general assembly Mr Surendra Kaphle pointed to make inclusive on the journalism sector the indigenous people be active to bring federal state by themselves. Similarly The journalist of Banke are being united those who are working on the Private F.M. The journalists of Banke have formed 15 members radio worker society on the presided over by Shrijana Acharya. According to radio worker society there are more than 5 dozen journalists in Banke district. On the Committee of radio worker Society Banke Bishwa Raj Pachhaldangya Vice President, Samir Man Shrestha Secretary, Rupa Gahat Raj vice Secretary and Rakesh Shah treasurer have selected.

Tharu Campaign in Mid and Far Western

The Tharu people of mid and far western region are running campaign for the inclusive democracy of Tharu's guarenteed their rights in the new constitution of Nepal.

The Central Campaign Committee of Tharu has been organized on May 13, 2006. The committee has frequetly launched the workshop and interaction programme in Dang, Banke Bardiya, Kailali, Kanchanpur and Surkhet districts about assembly of the constitution and re-construction of the state. At the time, the compaign committee is also collecting the commitment and advice of Tharu scholars and farmers on workshop.

Recently, the district level compgain commeety is being organised in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts and in Dang and Bardia district Village Development Committee (VDC) level compgain committee of Tharu has been organized too, as well as village level compaign committee is going analyse about the assembly of the constitution and federal governance system.

The main issue of the Tharu compaign is to declare and implement of non-religious kingdom, federal governance system and tri-language (Tharu, Nepali and English Languages) policy.

The Tharu have lost their relatives because of ten yearlong domestic wars but their represnet is not at the decision level to till date. Tharu are keeping the mutual relationship with the water, soil and forest but they are accepted to use for their right.
